planning to move

salam!

currently we are renting in a house (read : a seriously compact flat) that is starting to get quite suffocating. How to explain this : everytime i fry ikan masin in the kitchen all my curtains, sofa, fresh laundry will smell ikan masin for two days. it is annoying. but i still love the house cos it marks our humble beginning as husband and wife.

we need to move soon for the arrival of the little one..

in early 2007, i bought a walk up apartment, located just beside the Federal highway. That time i was working in Aceh and was stinky rich. i actually was interested when a close girlfriend told me about it as soon as she bought it. I mean if I decided not to stay there, it looked like a pretty good investment. We both bought a unit in the same block. we were thinking, if we are destined to be single (and HOT) forever, we would have a crib to ourselves and have each other as neighbours! How cool.



and came 2010. The development has completed for ages but the CF has not been granted. I was initially annoyed because the interest payment is setting me back, and we still need to rent elsewhere. but now instead of gruntling i decided to count my eggs before they hatch (channelling positive energy). The later they call me for the key handover, the more they have to pay me the 'Late Issue of Deed of Assignment'...means more rezeki for sikecik...alhamdulillah. They have promised the handover by July

that means, in July:
1. I will be 7-months pregnant, and moving house is not funny
2. furniture shopping, putting up grills, kitchen cabinet, fans, light bulbs
3. baby shopping
4. puasa raya

wow, what a year!
I know we are blessed

next year, we are moving again, hopefully to a better crib
